Prices are inclusive of VAT and are per room per night, including breakfast. To add the tourist tax of € 1.00 per day per person (children up to 3 years excluded).
At the time of booking, a deposit of 30% of the amount will be required; it must be paid by bank transfer; the balance on the spot must be paid in cash.
In case of cancellation and / or renunciation of the stay within five days from the expected date of arrival, the deposit paid as a penalty will be retained.
